About Us
Margie is a lifelong resident of Highland Park and the North Shore. Her passion for excellence is evident in every real estate transaction. Her clients receive undivided attention along with a level of personal care that is unmatched in the industry. Margie’s experience, her unique skill set of putting buyers and sellers together, and her knowledge of the market place will enhance your experience and guide you to a successful conclusion.
Margie joined Baird and Warner in 1994 and by 1996 she became the top Highland Park agent. By 1998, she was the leading agent of the north shore. She has maintained that status every year since. In 2006 her husband Lanny joined the business and in 2012 The Brooks Group was founded. Later in 2017 their son Tommy joined the fold after being on the board of trade from 1997-2017 working for citi group. With multiple associates and administrative staff, The Brooks Group is a full service real estate experience continuing to lead the north shore in listings, sales, price ratio and timing.
