Dear Baird and Warner Leadership, I am writing to thank you and your organization for the honor and privilege to work with Agent Lanny Brooks. My name is Ben Hensler and I just finished relocating with Grainger from Seattle to Highland Park, IL. We received a recommendation to work with Margie and Lanny Brooks and after some initial phone conversations with Margie. Margie was able to quickly convince us with her strength of knowledge and team approach. She recommended we work with her Husband Lanny. Lanny was simply incredible. Before our first hour was up, he understood our priorities, our time frame, our knowledge and what we needed to accomplish. He treated us with a level of respect and direct ness that I so rarely see working with sales agents of any sort. Believe me; I speak from experience, having been a sales leader for the last 12 years. Lanny kept us focused yet was diligent. He ensured we saw over 35 properties in the first three days, which was critical due to our time frame. He was direct, but always gave us time and space to digest and reflect. My wife left on the 3rd day, and Lanny and I still did diligent reviews of other homes for the next couple days. By the end of a 5 day search we knew exactly where we wanted to live and the exact home we wanted to enjoy for the next 20 years. Lanny’s support and commitment did not end there. We spoke everyday through a tough negotiation and inspection. Lanny fought to get us a great deal and ensured that we were fully aware of every benefit, risk, and potential challenge. He was always prepared with contingencies and negotiated flawlessly. Again, Lanny’s dedication did not end there. He provided support for our closing and move including legal and other recommendations related to community, auto and home care needs. Because of Lanny we have met other great resources and already feel a part of the community. It is with pride that I recognize Lanny for his outstanding service!
