Lindsey sent us the information for an open house at a townhouse at The Pointe in Lincoln Park that we attended on November 16th, and we LOVED the place. Unfortunately, there was a couple at the open house that submitted an offer that was accepted that day. I told Lindsey that we really loved the place and that if there were any similar units in the townhouse association, we would move quickly. A couple days later, after a few calls, Lindsey found us an off-market opportunity for the exact same unit with a better location, and she negotiated a price $40,000 LESS than the other marketed unit. I couldn't have been more proud to be Lindsey's client and the outcome was wonderful. Honestly, everything was so smooth and Lindsey's recommendations for other service providers were really good.
