Margie has been working the area for a very long time and is knowledgeable, pragmatic, hard working and aggressive. She will push you and everyone involved to do what is needed to sell your property. Ignore her advice at your own peril. Selling an older (though wonderful) house is not easy even in a strong market. Margie knows what to do and does it. She sold us the house originally and then sold it for us when we were ready to let it go.
